* Des inquiétudes profondes concernant l'avenir de toute une génération de danseurs et de professeurs célèbres, qui laissaient leur pays, l'ont amenée à représenter certains de ces artistes des pays du bloc de l'Est dans leur quête de travail à l'Ouest.

Lily Barrette
Coming from the world of international folk dance, Ms. Lily Barrette has worked for over 18 years in coordination and management
in the educational sector of dance. Deputy Director of the well-known school of Les Farandoles of Chicoutimi for over 12 years,
Ms. Barrette has developed over the years, great skills in organizing, planning, supervision and all that encompasses the logistics
and the proper functioning of a professional training school. She has several years experience in teaching International folk dance
to youths as well as adults and has further developed her artistic skills serving as production manager and stage manager for the professional production of Ecce Mundo ( a summer production combining dance, singing and circus).
